The state agency “Construction Newspaper” (“Ruznomai Binokoron”) was created on February 2, 2009 by decree №78 issued by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and it began its activities in August of 2009 as a publication supported by the Committee for Architecture & Construction of the Republic of Tajikistan.

“Construction Newspaper” is the first specialized newspaper on a national level in the field of construction and architecture. Tabarova Dilbar Nurovna had been appointed as the editor-in-chief from the very first day of the newspaper’s inception.

During this time, the newspaper proudly implemented its mission to promote the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan’s policies regarding architecture, urban planning, clarifying and raising public awareness of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and Majlisi Oli (Supreme Assembly) of the Republic of Tajikistan, which immensely contributed to the peace, stability, and unity of the country and increased citizens’ morale as well.

The best way to present the achievements of the state's independence is to familiarize the citizens with the relentless work of the Head of State Emomali Rahmon and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. As the founder of modern Tajik literature, Sadriddin Aini, once said: “A nation without a newspaper is like a nation without a language.” Newspapers are one of the most accessible spiritual resources for humanity, with this understanding of its sacred role within the society, newspapers acquaint their readers with the current state of affairs, inform, and keep a check on the country’s pulse.

The “Construction Newspaper” exists in order to fulfill the above-mentioned missions and to publish official, economic, social cultural, sports news; to familiarize people with the life of architects and builders of the country; to publish the latest regulations in accordance with the Committee for Architecture & Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to inform about the latest innovations in science and technology.

The newspaper is published regularly with different entertaining sections such as “Construction supervision,” “Construction and entrepreneurship,” “Official,” “Our interview,” “News from Sogd region,” “Our colleagues,” “Face of the capital city,” “Anniversaries,” “Round table,” “Leisure,” “Ideas,” “Our experts,” “Theater- mirror of life,” “Recommendations,” “From the history of Tajik press,” “Press conferences,” “Current affairs,” “Motherland and children,” “Youth- future of the nation,” “My language- my world,” “Parental accountability,” “Family, children, and society,” “For the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Tajikistan,” “2021- year of architecture and urban planning in CIS,” “About the biggest construction projects of the country,” and many other sections. These entertaining headlines and sections recount interesting information regarding the achievements of our country, society, and modern life. Our newspaper regularly publishes decisions from the Committee Board meetings, industrial forums, exhibitions, and other fruitful meetings with representatives from other countries.

The newspaper also focuses on providing a culturally entertaining page, where poems, stories, interviews with famous people, crosswords, puzzles and other materials are published for the amusement of builders and readers.

Today, under the leadership of the editor-in-chief Tabarova Dilbar Nurovna, the “Construction Newspaper” covers a variety of issues regarding the construction and architecture of our country and publishes articles regarding new construction projects under way in different regions of our country on a regular basis. She publishes articles from knowledgeable authors to promote developments in the industry and country. Concurrently, Tabarova Dilbar Nurovna is responsible for regularly updating the Committee for Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan’s website, www.tajsohtmon.tj.

The website provides the latest information about the Committee’s events, its structural divisions, as well as updates on the political, economic, social, cultural life of our country in three languages: Tajik, Russian, and English.

One of the most significant accomplishments is the instant development of information, articles, and their coverage in the newspaper and on the Committee’s website.

The work of the Construction Newspaper and the website of the Committee for Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan www.tajsohtmon.tj in the recent years, especially during the 30th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, has improved immensely in comparison to the previous years.

During this time, relevant informational messages were prepared on the visits of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon during the opening of anniversary facilities, laying the foundation for various socio-cultural, sports, industrial and other socio-economic facilities, reflecting the process of construction and other large-scale buildings country and published in the pages of the branch newspaper and the website of the Committee.
